At DesignBohemian, we want you to love your artisanal home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
